About Red Wash

The name carries a deeper meaning.

Red is the blood of Jesus Christ — the blood that washes and redeems. Red Wash sits where faith, talent, purpose and service meet.

The conviction

What if the difference between an ordinary life and an extraordinary one is simply discovering what God placed inside you — and understanding what it was meant for?

The three-part mission

We don’t believe a God-given gift should exist without purpose.

  1. Discover

    Find the gift — in a song, on a pitch, on a stage, in a poem.

  2. Understand

    Work out what it is for, and who it is meant to serve.

  3. Deploy

    Give it somewhere to go — resources, mentors, a platform.

How it started

No structures. No facilities. Just a conviction.

We went into schools with nothing but volunteers and a willingness to serve, and gave young people a space to discover themselves.

Beyond talent

Sometimes the barrier is simply access.

So we pay school fees and provide scholarships — from primary school through to university. Potential needs opportunity, not just praise.
